Presenting information in a face-to-face environment refers to a mode of communication where information is conveyed and retrieved through a direct interaction between the receiver and sender. Direct interaction occurs because communication devices such as telegrams, letters, or mobile phones are not used. On the other hand, presenting information in an online environment refers to any form of communication done on the internet.
