Would it be a good idea to replace a printed employee handbook—which covers topics such as employment policies, dress code, safety rules, compensation policies, and benefit plans—with a wiki that is open to contributions from all employees in the company? Why or why not? Explain your answer in a minimum of at least 150 words.

We tend to agree that change is the only constant thing in life. However, as we undergo changes, there are various things which cannot change. As a result of this, I do not think that it is advisable for an organization to replace a printed employee handbook. This stems from the fact that a lot of information regarding the organization welfare and values can be lost in the process.
