There are various reasons which make Muslims consider Mohammed as both their political and religious model. According to the Islamic doctrines, he is believed to be the founder of Islamic religion, and worked very hard to ensure that people embraced it (Safi, 2009).
Mohammed was born in Arabia, to a family that worshipped idol gods. He lost his parents at birth, but ended up being successful in life as he was already a great businessman at the age of 20 years. Being orphaned made him solicitous of the needy members of the society. These included the poor, orphans, widows and slaves.
The Quran goes on to say that he was shy in serving God, but he was commanded………………
