Introduction:—Henry Nixon: Team “B” of consultants is proud to present its constructive ideology for a summer Triathlon Iron Man Competition for 2017.

 

Consultant Bidding Proposal and Proposal to City Officials:—Marcus Hawkins: The city of Philadelphia would be honored to be in the running to hold the 2017 Triathlon Iron Man Competition. Philadelphia has so much to offer both the runners and spectators. Our historical landmarks, night life as well as our “famous” Philly cheese steaks with provide several different attractions to keeps tourists busty and entertained. Services on standby when needed that are provided by the City of Philadelphia (i.e. police, swat, and medical providers). There will also be private security working in conjunction with law enforcement to ensure the safety of participants and spectators. Not only will law enforcement have training in crowd control but they will also have had training in scenarios as to a terrorist attack. Evacuation plans will also be drawn up in case of an incident.

 

Provide Risk Management and Future Trends in Risk Management:—Boris Jumper: There will be emergency services on standby i.e. police, swat, and medical providers. International Event and Scenario Thinking:—William Durando: International Participants will need lodging, and other accommodations. Other considerations like international criminal also need to be considered. Other scenarios also need to be considered. Coordination with international governing bodies and other sports entities to ensure the integrity of the event is also important.

Held in Future Large City and Social Responsibility:—Henry Nixon: Philadelphia PA will hold the 2017 summer Triathlon Iron Man Competition. Philadelphia’s primary social responsibility will be to have enough hotel space, Schuylkill River will be secure for swimming, the Benjamin Franklin Parkways and the hills of Manayunk will be able to accommodate cyclists, and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway,the drives and the streets of Manayunk will be able to accommodate runners safely and securely.
