Introduction
The operation of business practices in Wal-Mart is governed by principles. These are; striving towards excellence, customer service and respect to individuals. For the sake of maintaining an environment that is conducive for its suppliers, business partners , business associates and share holders and more so, for the successful enactment of this principles, they have set codes of ethics. The set codes are to be adhered to by its members, employees, Board of directs all its world associates. Its statement of ethics also serves as a document to spell out the individual responsibilities.
