Relying on both textural information and at least two outside references, write a four (4) page report that answers the following: 1.Describe a learning outcome and a radical behaviorist approach to achieving that outcome (you may use the same example you came up with in Week 1, Discussion 2). 2.Critique (explain what you would change and why) the radical behaviorist approach in light of cognitive information processing theory. 3.Critique the radical behaviorist approach from the perspective of meaningful learning and schema theory. 4.Critique the radical behaviorist approach from the perspective of situated cognition theory. 5.Create a modified approach to achieving the desired learning outcome based on the three criticisms above. The format of the report is to be as follows: • Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one inch margins on all sides, APA format. • Use headers for each of the subjects being covered, followed by your response. • In addition to the four to six (4-6) pages required, a title page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor’s name, the course title, and the date. Note: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills. This is my Week 1, Discussion 2). You can go off of this…. The company I worked for had a cash incentive for two individuals( that they of course picked,) that could brings over 100.00 accounts current for that day.The persons approach that I was working with wanted to skip beaks and lunch and just do the accounts and go home after the shift ended. My method on the other hand was to take my breaks and lunch but just stay after work. I knew we were doing combined 10 accounts each hour and would need to stay over at least 4 hours. The technique I would use for this situation would be chaining. Hopefully I would be able to teach him a new way of acheaving high current account numbers. I would take down the number of accounts that we do each hour and then he would see each hour we stay we get closer to our goal which in my eyes would be to get him to stay and work for 4 more hours. So I needed him to stay till nine and every hour that goes by ill reinforce that we are getting closer and closer to that number up until we get to 9:00 o-clock. I would object to fixed interval because this could make room for a positive cause and effect scenario. If you give or reword an allowance each week this could create a plat form for wanting more money and being taught that a job can get you extra money. The objective most likely to fail would be the co-worker staying 4 hours after work. To fix this I would most likely not take my breaks but still take my lunch and get him to see that Iam yelling to what he suggested and maybe hell do the same.

Introduction

One of these approaches is behavioral approach, which says that environmental stimuli directly affect our behavior. However, there are also other several learning approaches. This paper is going to discuss these approaches with regards to the radical behaviorist learning approach (Informing science institute, 2007).
