Throughout this course, we’ve talked about different leadership styles, organizational behavior “tools” that leaders can use (structure, job design, leadership’s impact on culture, leadership style, etc.) As we have seen, in order to be sustainable, organizations need to evolve. To evolve, transformational leaders are needed.
