Review the following Nondiscrimination Act Case Studies. Determine whether this case represents a violation or a non-violation of the Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. Include the following in your paper:

Write a synopsis of the cases included. Analyze the cases under study in this document. Should the court have invalidated civil rights as they did or did the court make a poor decision? Explain your answer.Determine the appropriateness of such a decision based upon what GINA (the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act) is expected to do.

People have different genetic composition, which determine their physical appearance or behavior. Some people, for example, employers tend to discriminate their employees based on their physical appearance, for example racism or disability.
