From the perspective of a health care administrator of any type of health care organization, who oversees human resource benefits, analyze how you would evaluate the quality of care being delivered by your health benefits contractor(s) to your employees. Design an outcomes measurement strategy and/or a plan for your organization to use to assess the quality of care and reduce risk.
Your paper must be three to five double-spaced pages (not including the title and references pages). In addition to the text, utilize a minimum of three scholarly and/or peer-reviewed sources that were published within the last five years. Your paper must be formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
