In this Discussion, you will examine the role of committees and recommend a governance structure for the nonprofit organization you have chosen for your Final Project.

With these thoughts in mind:Post the name and mission of the nonprofit organization you have selected for your Final Project paper or one you are familiar with. Then, provide a summary of how the board of directors is structured and evaluate the role of any committees it may have.
