Research the history of Electronic Commerce (referred to as E-Commerce) in the U.S.

Research the history of Electronic Commerce (referred to as E-Commerce) in the U.S. and the laws that have been enacted to regulate such commerce.

Write — After conducting research, write a paper in which you provide the following information:

1) A general time line of the evolution of E-Commerce and E-Commerce Law. 2) Provide a description of a key Court Case involving an issue on E-Commerce and include where and in what Court the case was brought and when the case was started? 3) The decision and opinion of the Court and if it was appealed? If it was appealed, provide the decision of the Appeals Court? 4) Explain what changes, if any, have occurred in the Internet Industry and E-Commerce as a result of this case and what, if any, impact the case has had on businesses and consumers.

This is to be a minimum four full pages. The font used must be 12 PT size and must be one of the following font styles: Arial, Garamond or Times New Roman. There must be a Work Cited page in proper format for all sources used. This page will NOT count towards the 4 pages required. Minimum of two (2) sources.
