1)Yardley (2014) stated team work is a way to share knowledge, ideas, and form relationships, but it can also be challenging and complicated by the group dynamics. The author wrote “Team dynamics are created by the nature of the team’s work, personalities within the team, their working relationships with other people, and the environment” (Yardley, 2014, p. 284). The most interesting part of Yardley (2014) article identify culture and values can positively or negatively impact innovation and effectiveness. Those are some things to consider when implementing an interdisciplinary approach. Any thoughts?

6) As innovation progresses in health care, you will see tele-health more and more. Our hospital just had a grand opening on tele-ICU. We contracted with the Naval Base in San Diego and our patients are monitored through their base while the ICU nurses locally cared for patients. You brought up an interesting point “For this the nursing trend to use telemedicine is on a rise, as all the above methods of the strategy to provide collaborative care is possible by the use of telemedicine (Langarizadeh, Moghbeli, & Aliabadi, ?2017).” In the near future, there will be more and more tele-medicine usage as the population increases. What do you think? Do you think it is a positive or negative innovation?
