Examine how a hospitality company uses social marketing. Describe how they use at least three social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. Then go to a competitor and describe how they ae using the same sites. Note you will need to find two competing businesses that use the same sites. Describe which company you feel is using each social media more effectively and why. Assignment should be 700 – 1200 words.
Make sure you follow the format for citing in the text and in the references as outlined in the syllabus.
Minimum Headings
Each of the social media evaluated should have a heading. Then discuss your business and the competition under the heading.
Grading
A. Content of report addressing each of the headings above. 55%
B. The research effort put into the investigation of the company’s and their competitor’s use of digital marketing. 30%
C. Structure including the use of headings, grammar, APA reference style. 15 %Use the writing center
