1- Read Chapter 4 and Identify ways that you can adapt your message to each of the listening styles noted in section 4.2 Listening Styles in Chapter 4 of the the textbook. List the listening styles, describe the listening styles briefly, and identify the different ways you will adapt your message. I will attach the textbook link to the post.

2- Watch the TED Talk video and discuss how you find out when you haven’t been listening carefully. What are some of the consequences of poor listening. This is the link to the TED talks.
