Ethical Conduct

A simple definition of ethics would be acting in a way that is ideal for everyone in the environment. Most, acted in an ethical manner when he declined the offer to take a job in which he was not qualified enough. Had he accepted the position, there are high chances that the performance in that department could, either, have stagnated or declined. It would have stagnated since, given the confidence his supervisor had in him regardless of is low qualifications, he must have planned to assist him whenever……………
