Case Study Scenario to Write Nursing Care Plans (Med Surge)

Attached here are two documents. One is the case study document that contains the assignment proper. The other document Care Plan Template is the document in which the care plan for the patient in question will be written based on patient’s details presented in the Case study. All needed to be done is fill out the Care plan template with the given patient’s details and create a care plan.
