Critical Reflection

I agree with the statement that adult learning concerns the exploration of experience. Apart from enabling adult learners to gain a solid understanding on a wide range of concepts, the experience associated with adult learning process plays a critical role in helping adult learners to comprehend major benefits enjoyed after a successful completion of the learning process.
