Introduction

Conflicts arise because of differences and disagreements between two or more people. During our interactions with other people, we end up having disagreements that hurt our emotions in one or more ways due to the impact that these people have on us. Conflicts have resulted because of various causes and the key element regarding this problem is how to handle it effectively. When we manage our reactions in case of a conflict happening in our lives, we shall handle it effectively (Hocker, and Wilmot, 2014). When we manage conflicts, the results will be favourable to us all and vice versa.When it comes to organizations, conflicts are common especially as a result of delegation of roles. In health care organizations there are chances that conflicts will arise especially due to delegation of roles by the senior health practitioners to the junior staffs.
