The CIA World Factbook – https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/ – provides capsule summaries of country economies.

Pick 3 countries and, using information from the CIA Factbook, compare their economies. That is, compare their GDP, GDP per capita, and other important characteristics of their economies.

Different countries in the world have different economies. There are different factors that contribute to economies of different countries and this leads to the disparities in the country’s GDP and GDP per capita. Economic growth of a country is directly proportional to the GNP of a country.  Economies of different countries and factors affecting these economies are discussed below (Simonič, 2013).
