Feminism Within the Women’s Liberation Movement 1960-70s
1. Choose something small, just a nugget from a larger field of sexuality studies. Possible topics include: an activist/performer/artist that deals with sexuality in their work; an activist group; an identity category that is important to our study; a cultural artifact, like a film, music video, or song; etc. And then go looking for sources to help you learn about your topic. Be sure to use primary sources: the cultural artifact itself, the words of the movement activists, news reports about the topic itself, etc.
2. How many sources do you need? Well, it depends on your topic. Rather than think in terms of number of sources, think in terms of quality. Your priority is the primary source that tells you something new about your topic.
I want you to make 3-5 slides write about Betty Friedan article.
