What are some of the challenges in conducting classroom and organization level research in order to identify problems and find.
What are some of the challenges in conducting classroom and organization level research in order to identify problems and find solutions to address those problems? What are some of the barriers that exist with regard to using test scores and other data to inform decision-making? What suggestions would you make for overcoming some of these challenges? Also, do you believe it is better for individual or groups of teachers to perform their own research or should schools hire outside research consultants to conduct research in an effort to inform practice? What are some of the benefits and drawbacks to either approach? As a school leader, what would be your position with regard to building level and classroom research initiatives?

When conducting a research, one encounters challenges along the way. When researchers collect data either through questionnaires or interviews, they are faced with language barrier, cultural barrier, higher cost spend on research and more significant time investment. This result to lower research output. When it comes to promotion and recruitment decision, this automatically disadvantage the organization researchers and often not taken into account by employing institution.
