            MacDonald competitive advantage is its size; it is one of the biggest/largest restaurant companies. It sells deep-fried chickens to 1400 US location, this shows how enormous the company is hence it does not have competition which is up to scale. The other advantage is uniqueness in its products; hence customer identifies it with its products, chicken.
