You have been assigned to lead a large business intelligence implementation project involving big data. The purpose of the project is to use BI tools to help make strategic decisions involving big data. Before the implementation can start, you must present a write-up about the project plans to the project stakeholder. The write-up must include:

The challenges with project plans
A screenshot of your sample project plan (if applicable)
A discussion of the project plan’s screenshot components including methodology, time frame, resources, and tasks.
Your paper should be 2-full pages in length and conform to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA (Links to an external site.). Include at least three scholarly references in addition to the course textbook. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these references.
