Risk and Return on Investment

Does the concept of risk, as described in this week’s readings, enter into Saudi Vision 2030? If so, how? How do we measure risk in an investment? Give an example of a “risky” investment and a “safe” investment. Why are these concepts important to business leaders in Saudi Arabia?
