Concerning the Patriot Act, should the threshold of probable cause be different for Federal agencies like the FBI or CIA as compared to local police department?  Certainly the Feds utilize more wire taps and surveillance enforcement than does local police agencies?  what is your opinion? The threshold of probable cause should be different for federal agencies like the FBI or CIA because the federal prosecutions provided to federal prosecutors sound to be prosecutorial. The main reason for this is because corruption has rooted within the police and this has made them to make changes on the performance of many activities.
