Illustrative essay

An article written in the Louisiana Weekly states that the view, that there are more black men in prison than black college graduates, is a myth. While this issue is debatable, there is a large group of people who do not attend college, one reason being imprisonment. Write an essay discussing some other reasons why some people do not attend college.
