In my case I do think that public resources should be limited to ‘reasonable uses.’ I consider that settlement made which highlighted that Nestle could get at around 250 gallons per minute from the spring was considerable. The thoughts gave Nestle products they required in succeeding in their business although they did not take away the community resources……………….
