  • Describes the results of your assessment of the work processes and key employees to be addressed in your final paper.
  • Discusses how the organization will change while meeting its strategic challenges in the future.
  • Includes what kinds of workers will be needed; what knowledge, skills, and abilities will be appropriate; what is the compensation system and is it reflective of the market’s conditions?

In addition to the requirements above, your paper:

  • Must be double-spaced and 12 point font
  • Must be formatted according to APA style
  • Must include an introductory paragraph with a thesis statement
  • Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph
  • Must reference two scholarly resources

Introduction

            Employee assessment is a very important tool I assessing their performance. The evaluation is usually done using a small conference. In this conference the assessors might use a scale indicating the performance of an employee during a given period. Besides this, the scale enables the assessors to determine the weaknesses and strengths of an employee. For instance, the assessment enables employers to determine their employees’ ability to relate well with others, strictly follow instructions and their creativity level.
