Trauma-related disorders

There are quite a number of occurrences that can cause a person’s behavior, personality or even spirituality to be altered. These occurrences may include disasters (either natural or man-made), abuse (can be physical abuse or rape). The occurrence of disasters can cause a negative impact on the person. He/she may feel confused, shocked or even panic as a result of that disaster. Even long after an occurrence, mental disorders may still be manifested in a person. This may be cases of depression, nightmares or even cases of panic attacks.

Physical abuse can also alter a person’s personality, behavior and spirituality. For example a victim of rape or sexual abuse will develop depression, a lot of fear……………….
